Built on Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty principles
A new kind of strength training. One hard set per exercise, about 45 minutes, then four to seven days of recovery. Built for people who measure everything and have no time to waste.
Brief
Warm-ups, then one all-out set per exercise. A session takes about 45 minutes.
Intense
Each exercise ends with one set taken to failure: the last rep you can do with good form.
Infrequent
Sessions are 4-7 days apart, so a bad week still has room.

Workout console
for the gym floor
Weight, reps, failure, log. One exercise at a time, numbers big enough for shaking hands, and the rest timed for you.

Estimated 1RM, personal records and consistency, tracked like business metrics. Calm charts, real deltas. If the line isn't going up, the program changes.
A coach that
reads your numbers
An AI coach that reads every set you log, spots plateaus and suggests the next load in plain language. Nothing changes unless you say so.

“When school and extra classes took over my days, I cut training from ten hours a week to 45 minutes every four days, and built the app I needed.”

Questions
Before you start.
How do I start?
Answer a few short questions about your age, goal, work, stress, sleep and training. The coach then writes your first program from your answers.
What will it cost?
Nothing during the beta, and no card. There's no price yet; you'll hear it before anything changes.
I don't have 45 minutes.
Then it isn't a fit yet: the plan needs one protected 45-minute slot every 4-7 days. It doesn't need hours every week.
Isn't ChatGPT free?
A chatbot can write a decent plan if you paste in your numbers and ask the right questions every time. Here the coach already reads every set you log. Whether that's worth it is yours to judge in the free beta.
Is training to failure safe for me?
Each exercise starts with warm-up sets. If you have pain, an injury, a heart, lung or metabolic condition, or you're pregnant, see a doctor or physio first; this may not be for you.
Is this Mike Mentzer's program?
It's built on Mike Mentzer's ideas: brief, intense, infrequent training. FitEntrepreneur is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Mike Mentzer or his estate.
